We all have those days when just want to skip the gym or bail on meal prep, and of course it is alright to take a break every now and then, but it definitely should not become a habit. This is where a lifestyle coach comes into play – to give you that extra push and to check-in on you to make sure you are doing your best to work towards your health goals. When you have someone else to report to, you’re more likely to feel a bit more responsibility and be motivated to stay on-track.
So, with that in mind, I encourage you to think about where you are right now in your life and with respect to your goals and to ask yourself if you might benefit from working with a lifestyle coach like myself.
Because we all need a little help sometimes, especially when it comes to journeys of self-discovery. Whether your goal is weight loss or body composition, it can be pretty tough to figure out how to get from point A (identifying a goal) to point B (actually going after and achieving that goal).
How does working together looks like?
First of all what I care the most is your health and to achieve fitness goal only by training is not enough, we must focus on our sleep, stress levels and nutrition as well, it’s like a whole package and it doesn’t work if some parts are missing in it.
To achieve your goal and most important to maintain it you must adjust your lifestyle too, and that’s where we can work on it together.
As soon as you sign up I will send you an application form and we set a date and time for initial consultation (form must be filled before consult), so I get familiar with your daily routine, eating habits, sleeping patterns etc.
Within few days after consult (usually 2-3 working days) I will send you a very detailed workout plan. I will look after your nutrition, activities, sleep, supplementation (if needed) etc. I work very close with my clients so we will be in touch constantly.
Every week we will have check ins. We will choose day and time of the week and we will keep it the same each week.
Depending on your current eating habits we will design a nutritional strategy that will be convenient and sustainable. We will be implementing changes gradually. Remember it is a marathon and not a sprint. For example people usually don’t have problems in loosing weight: 75% of weight-loss programs are successful but only 5% are able to maintain achieved weight. We want to do this right, with adequate lifestyle changes. So we will focus on building a lifestyle around you that you enjoy!
